Our CEO, Tarunn Bhende
Tarunn Bhende is the Director & CEO of Bay Crest Consulting, providing services to firms in the USA and India, with regards to HR, Business development, Operational Management & Digital Marketing.
He has a demonstrated history of working in HR, talent acquisition, consulting, retail, textile, logistics, marketing and the supply chain industry. He achieved his Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, focused in Economics and International Business, from Georgia State University.
Previously, Tarunn oversaw corporate and operational management, human resource management, procurement and business development strategy for the Faze Three Limited Group, headquartered in Mumbai, India. During his time there, he worked closely with the Chairman and the President, where he wrote several HR based policies for the group of companies and managed the entire recruitment process of their senior management. Before moving back to India in 2019, he managed several businesses in Georgia, Arkansas and Missouri, in the United States, that he now consults for via Bay Crest Consulting.
