Can an employee work the same office hours as me?
All Bay Crest Consulting employees are synchronised to work when you are working. Our offices are open round the clock so that your outsourced team can work when you want them to work.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the employees I hire?
If for any reason, an employee does not deliver to the expected standard in the first 60 days, Bay Crest will replace them at no extra cost.
How do I know you are meeting with quality candidates?
The recruiting team at Bay Crest conducts an initial interview that requires candidates to have a certain standard in the field of work they are in. Apart from taking your requirements into consideration, we also gauge them on several other traits. These are then brought to your attention before your scheduled interview with the candidate, for further scrutiny.
What is included in the price? Are there any hidden charges?
Where does my outsourced team work from?
Your outsourced team will work from our supervised offices at Bay Crest Consulting in Mumbai, India. We provide the infrastructure for them to work with you, and ensure they are working and reporting to you accordingly.
